On June 7th, brokers from the tri-state region will experience a tour of available commercial property in Orange County – using augmented reality smart boards! The Orange County Partnership, working with 8 Hats High Animation and Production Studio, is creating a cutting-edge virtual tour that will give brokers an overview of selected properties including aerial and frontal views, location maps, interior design and property fast facts. In short, brokers will learn all they need to know about a property without having to go there.
Following the virtual tours, brokers will enjoy a barbecue lunch followed by a complimentary round of golf!
